How will sources be reconciled?
Ask about identifiers, duplicate relationships, manual corrections and missing values. A matching headline total alone does not establish that the underlying records are correct.
What happens when data is late?
Find out how the last successful refresh appears and who handles a failed connection. A blank chart should not silently mean that no work occurred.
How will access be tested?
Include record detail, exports and scheduled delivery as well as the dashboard view. Clarify who approves recipients and future permission changes.
Who maintains the result?
Agree ownership of connections, definitions, code and documentation. Separate initial release from source changes, ongoing support and vendor charges.
